Scheduling

We look forward to scheduling all your wellness needs. Please book with as much lead time as possible.  

Please document the desired dates and times for your event(s) in the Comment box, if known,  at the time of purchase.  A schedule will be agreed upon and set before or after purchase.

Once a schedule has been set, rescheduling is allowed three business days before a scheduled class. 

We provide classes and webinars globally. Our normal hours of operation are 8am to 8pm Pacific Time.  We also provide events 8pm-12am PT and 6am-8am at 1.5x the cost and 12-6am at 2x the cost.  Additional costs for events scheduled after 8pm PT and before 8am PT will be charged by an Administrator, with the Company Rep’s prior approval.
